How do I get an exact price?
Send us the location, size, a few photos and your preferred date. We will reply with an estimate and a plan for the job. You can also get an indicative price yourself in the calculator.
Are cleaning products and equipment included?
Yes, professional products and equipment are included with the agreed service.
Can you do guest changeovers at short notice?
We are experienced with changeovers and tight windows between check-out and check-in. Send us the date and we will check the schedule.
Can you also handle linen and keys?
Yes. We offer linen washing and ironing and guest check-in and check-out, all through one contact person.
Do you offer regular contracts and invoices?
Yes, regular cooperation, contracts and invoices are available. Prices are adjusted to visit frequency and scope.
What if you notice a fault in the property?
We report any faults or missing items. Our handyman can fix small things; bigger jobs and materials are agreed separately.
Is the calculator price final?
No, it is indicative. The final price is confirmed after the basic details, photos or a site visit.
